But Weightlifting ek alag khel hai. yah keval do pratispardhee lifting,  kleen our jark hai. yah ek uchch takaneekee khel hai jo kaushal,  shakti aur shakti niyantran kee maang karata hai. Weightlifter ko ek had tak bhojan karana padata hai, lekin jyada fat wala nahin. Our n hi kewal dikhane ke liye, unhe apni power ko bdhane ke liye khana khana pdta hai. unhen ek weight varg mein phit hone ki aavashyakata hoti hai. Iske liye salo ki mehanat karni hoti hai. Weight lifting eak yesa khel hai jha aapko bhut takat ki jarurat hoti hai aap weight lifting kisi bhi age se start kar sakte ho basrate aap par o pura knowledge hona bhut jaruri hai jo ki eak weighrlifter ke pass hona chahiye. Eak eak bhut achha fild hai jha aap apna naam jod sakte hai. Powerlifting jese naam se hi pta chal ra h is khel mai aapko apni power dikhani hogi aap kitna utha sakte aapka weight kitna hai is khel ka sabse bda fayada ye hai isme aapke injury ke chance bhut hi kam ho jate hai weightlifting maii aapko injury ho sakti hai bhut ye eak yesa khel h jisme aap weight to bhut uthayenge but shi form ke sath.

Bodybuilding eak yesa khel hai jisme aapko apni body ko yese fit rakhna hai na jyada fat hona chahiye na hi jyada mota hona chahiye bodybuilding eak yesa khel hai jisme aapni body ekadam sudol parfect muscles ke sath dikhayi deni chahiye jb aap pose do to aapki sbhi body cutting spast dikhni chahiye. Iske liye aapko bhut mehnat karni hogi sath hi body mai fat kam karke mass bdana hoga eak achha bodybuilder banne ke liye aapko faty food ko chodna hoga tabhi aapki eak shi body ban payegi. Bodybuilding mai aapko sabse jyda shi diet par dhayan dena hoga, sath hi sath high rap ke sath exercise karni hogi tabhi eak achi muscular body ban payegi.

Bodybuilding gym mai hard exercises karke body ko eak sahi shape diya jata h our powerlifting mai heavy weight uthane kibtrening di jati hai, eak weight lifter apni lifton ki taknik our shi form ki salo sal tak training karta hai, whi eak powerlifter apni lifting ke weight par dhyan deta hai, in sab se hatkar bodybuilder apne body ki physic, strength, volume aadi par dhyan deta hai. Bodybuilder sabse jyada apni diet par dhyan dete hai.

  •  On Competition Day 
Weightlifter our powerlifter dono ka vajan us din jacha jat h jis din unhe competition karna hota hai,  referee ke samne hi unka sab kuchh weight usi samy jacha jata hai. Weight ko is sali mai uthate hai ye maayne nhi rakhta bs kitna weight uthaya ye may be rakhta hai,  but bodybuilder ka competition inki physic ke aadhar par hota h jisme alg alg muscles ke liye alg pose dena hota hai our ik fit body our sahi volume dikhana hota hai.
